4 day minimum for rental. $1000 damage deposit required upon booking. Payment in full required to secure booking. Cleaning fee of $250 applies to all 4-night stays. USD funds. No cancellations. Maximum of 8 adults allowed on premises due to PGA West regulations - no exceptions.
